All employees have a responsibility to act in accordance with what is considered to be the current Norwegian ethical standards, and to respect and collaborate with people in their environment. Conflicts should be resolved immediately through openness and dialogue, and every employee has the right and duty to warn their superiors about conditions that are believed to be contrary to the usual custom for interaction between people.
