4Service aims to achieve 0 work-related illnesses. Our goal is for all our employees to be as healthy when they go home from work as they were when they arrived at work.
Our goal is to run a health-promoting business. We will ensure that our employees have the right aids for undertaking their work in a responsible manner.
By engaging in close cooperation with the occupational health service and our customers, we are constantly seeking to promote good health by focussing on having a good physical working environment, a good psychosocial working environment and a good organisational working environment. We believe that it is better to prevent rather than to repair.

We will be at the forefront and be a driving force in reducing food waste, chemicals and the use of plastics.
We will ensure that our customers and employees have access to environmentally friendly products and conduct our operations with the least possible environmental impact. 4Service will continuously seek to improve its processes by using its quality system in order to satisfy the requirements, needs and expectations of the authorities, our customers, our owners and our employees in a cost-effective manner.

Based on risk assessments involving employees, we seek at all times to find the most appropriate physical and human safety barriers.
Through regular training, conversations and topical campaigns, we will ensure that HSE is a natural part of our employees' attitudes and behaviour patterns, and also ensure that our employees are in the best position to contribute towards continuous improvements in order to achieve our objectives.
Through its services 4Service is responsible for ensuring that our customers are surrounded by a good safe environment. By cleaning and serving food to thousands of workers every day throughout Norway, we have a responsibility to place top focus on HSE and Quality. By ensuring that all our employees address HSE and provide good quality, we will be able to deliver the services expected by our customers.
